I absolutely love Pilates with Kellie! I have been attending classes twice a week since Choose To Move began in May 2022. Pilates has been so beneficial for my overall muscle strength and tone as well as joint mobility, which has been a complete game changer for me as a long-distance runner. The beauty of Pilates is that anyone at any age can get started and I love that it employs a rounded technique for both men and women. The classes are fun and engaging and with others adds a lovely social connection. I’m loving Kellie’s pilates classes and have been going since she started in Moruya in May. The classes are suitable for all levels, there’s no pressure and they are delivered in a very supportive and fun environment. There is always a variation on each movement if you have an injury or need a low or high impact version. - Cheryl

As you know I love your classes. I just wish I could get to more of them! I love how anyone and everyone is catered for, no matter their fitness level. All movements are low impact, and all movements can be modified to suit any individual’s needs. Can’t wait til next term! - Emma
